The thing about love and hate

is that it’s true that nobody really knows. Time gives you experience in a relationship, but unfortunately it doesn’t guarantee anything. Young couples apparently don’t have what it takes to last, but couples married 20 years can split up, or a father can come out the closet. How can you be sure? How can anyone be sure of what you want or what you feel and if you’ll want and feel that for the rest of your life? You can’t and you won’t. All we have are our gut instincts, trust, and elbow grease.
